Supply Chain Performance and Improvement Manager

To further strengthen our global supply chain we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Performance and Improvement Manager in Singapore. The successful candidate will work in Seletar, SIngapore facility, with colleagues worldwide, and will functionally report to the Head of Operations Performance who is based in Hamburg, Germany.


Description of the Job:

As a Supply Chain Performance and Improvement Manager you will be required to work across the complete end to end supply chain, working alongside the operational teams/functions to diagnose root causes, extract insights, troubleshoot and improve the processes and value for the customer.

You will be part of the Supply Chain team defining and monitoring Operations Performance, identifying key customer relevant parameters, continuous improvement opportunities and break-through improvement changes.



  • Analyse complex situations and propose improvements/solutions
  • Analyse and understand the Key Performance Indicators
  • Run/lead root cause analysis and define together with the different operational functions mitigation/improvement actions and follow them up until sustainable implementation
  • Liaise and work with other supply chain functions to implement the adequate measures to improve operations and hence customer satisfaction.
  • Leading and steering different stakeholders
  • Track and follow up improvement actions in place
  • Launch and lead improvement projects
  • Collect and compile inputs for the key regular Operations Performance Review Meetings (typically on a weekly and monthly basis)
  • Propose new Key Performance Indicators to better monitoring Supply Chain Operations


Skills / Profile / Experience

  • 4 to 5 years of work experienceUniversity degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
  • Knowledge/Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Logistics
  • Industrial and Lean understanding and acumen
  • Intercultural and moderation/ presentation competence
  • Knowledge/Experience in Project Management
  • Problem Solving techniques (PPS, Root Cause Analysis,…)
  • MS Office Standard Products
  • Analytical thinking as well as the ability to handle uncertain situations
  • Stakeholders Management skills 
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • To do some overseas travels
